Helm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Helm Capital Group, Inc., and is dedicated to bringing unique over-the counter products to market that enrich the lives of consumers.  The focus of our research and development centers on the Helm Delivery System.  A water based product, this patented delivery system allows the active ingredients of our products to be absorbed into the skin, thus enabling an increased opportunity for relief.

In 2004 Helm released its first product, Vibrel for Women.  Designed for the perimenopausal, menopausal, and post menopausal woman, Vibrel assists a woman’s body to react naturally to intimacy.  More than 47 million North American women who have reached this life stage are estimated to have difficulty with intimate activity.  Vibrel is the only product available combining this delivery system with a vitamin based formula (vitamin B-3) to provide relief and pass FDA testing for skin sensitivity, toxicity, and irritation.  Vibrel is widely distributed in North America at retailers like Walgreens and Shoppers Drugmart.

In late 2008 Helm will release two new products again based on the patented Helm Delivery system.  Ray-Nos will offer relief for the estimated 10% of the population who suffer from primary Reynaud’s Phenomenon.  And following that introduction, Helm will offer Guerra, a unique skin care line developed using natural acids found in cells to help rejuvenate the underlying layers of skin to help smooth wrinkles, increase elasticity of the surface skin, and provide a natural healthy glow to the skin.

In 2009 Helm plans to announce several breakthroughs in the area of pain control and wound healing.
