Barcelona (Spain) and Hamburg (Germany), 5th of October 2026

Noucor today announced the successful completion of the acquisition of Helm Pharmaceuticals.

The transaction marks a major milestone in Noucor's evolution as an international pharmaceutical group and significantly strengthens the company's position across product development, regulatory affairs, supply chain management, commercial operations and lifecycle management.

Helm Pharmaceuticals brings a high-quality portfolio of finished dosage form products, strong market positions across multiple therapeutic categories, a proven operating platform and a highly experienced team. The combination creates a stronger organization with expanded capabilities to serve patients, healthcare professionals and partners across Europe and international markets.

Following the acquisition, Noucor is expected to reach approximately €200 million in revenue by the end of 2026.

"This is a landmark moment for Noucor" said David Perdigó, Chief Executive Officer of Noucor. "We are delighted to welcome the Helm Pharmaceuticals’ team. Together we are creating a stronger pharmaceutical platform with greater scale, broader expertise and enhanced capabilities to drive future growth. The combination brings together complementary strengths, shared values and a common commitment to quality, innovation and customer service. We look forward to building on the strong foundations established by both organizations and creating new opportunities for our employees, customers and partners", Perdigó highlighted.

Dr. Annette Eschler, Managing Director of Helm Pharmaceuticals, commented:

"Helm Pharmaceuticals has built a strong foundation and delivered excellent operational performance. We are confident that Noucor is the right long-term owner to support the continued growth and development of the business, its employees and its partners".

The acquisition supports Noucor's long-term strategy to accelerate growth through a combination of organic expansion, portfolio development and selective strategic acquisitions. The company, which will continue to be headquartered in Barcelona, expects the combination to enhance its development pipeline, strengthen international market access, broaden commercial capabilities and create additional opportunities for operational excellence.

Noucor intends to ensure a seamless integration process, maintaining business continuity for customers, suppliers and partners while preserving the entrepreneurial culture and expertise that have contributed to the success of both organizations.

Employees from both companies will play a key role in shaping the future of the combined business. Noucor believes the acquisition creates an attractive platform for professional development, innovation and sustainable long-term growth.

"The completion of this transaction is not the end of a process; it is the beginning of an exciting new chapter" added David Perdigó. "Our ambition is clear: to build one of Europe's most respected pharmaceutical platforms, combining scientific excellence, operational discipline and a relentless focus on patients and customers".
